Formula>A field that you can add a formula to calculate fields by adding, subtracting, dividing, timesing fields together. In the default value for the formula field use the names of the fields you want to use inserted into [] for example: [Field1] * [Field2]. That default value would times the field named Field1 with the field named Field2. Make sure you create field names that represent the what the signer is entering. This also important for the API to automate data entry.All

SignatureA field that is used to sign the electronic signature. That allows the signer to enter thier name and select the formating choose to customize their signature.
They can draw it how they want to if that is their choose. When signing a document the signer can take a picture of them selves and/or their driver's license. The picture will be attached to your email after the document has been signed. A picture can also be taken by the signer and sent with the document to the person who sent the document
That is a very secure feature to validate the signer that is currently signing the document

Contract The word Contract and Document mean the same thing. Contracts are uploaded and designed from the Main menu item.
Contracts can be designed as many times as needed
Once you are done designing the contract you can publish the contract and send it out to one or more recepients, based on the number of signature fields you created on the contract.

Envelopes If more then one document needs to be sent out to a recepient(s) at the same time for signing you can create an envelope that contains more then one document. Then you design each document. When the envelope is sent all the documents in the envelope are sent to the recepient(s).
There is an Envelope link on the main menu that will take you to the Envelope management page and you can see all the documents.

Users Once you have created an account you can add users. When the user is added have them go sign in. They will need to to create the first password by selecting they do not remember their password as one was never given to them. All
Teams As many teams as needed can be created to assign envelopes and documents to Team members All
Manage In the Manage view you can see which envelopes and documents have been sent out which will include the receipients name and the signed date in the signed view. The other view will allow you see the recepients whoh have not signed yet. In both views in Manage page you will see the date and the document All
Report The report will show you a graph of your envelopes and documents that have been signed and what date they were signed All
